What is this web site for?

We have developed EasiList as a low-cost alternative to bespoke product listing catalogue web site software that performs a similar function.

We can usually customise an EasiList web site for each user's individual requirements and it is equally applicable to commercial (e.g., retail/wholesale) and industrial (e.g., manufacturing) or non-for-profit applications.

Dynamic web database-driven PRODUCT LISTING, EDITABLE pages

The system is coded in PHP script and supported by a MySQL web database (both are widely used on the Internet as powerful and reliable commercial scale technologies). See FEATURES below.

Static pages

The web site design also includes up to five "static" pages that we will customise to the client's requirements.

Examples of static pages include:

• Homepage
• About Us;
• Find Us (location directions/map);
• Help
• Contact Us (Email Page).

Additional static pages may be specified as Optional Extras at the following rates:

• Add page: £40 (plus one-off £35 for amending the web site's page navigation, if this is required);
• Add image (incl. up to 150 related words on the same page, £15
• Add up to 150 words on a page without adding image, £15.

Up to five "static" pages are editable from within the EasiList Admin Console.

Low risk web design rental - no minimum rental period

Our website rental services have no minimum contract period, subject to the non-refundability of the Set-up fee and First Year Rental fee which are payable on or before the Website Online Date (after you have inspected the finished website online at a development server web address).

EasiList fees:

The EasiList fees comprise the following:

• One-off Set-up fee
• Annual website design rental fee
• Annual website hosting fee.
  
  NOTE: Annual website service rental fee excludes web domain name registration/annual renewal fees @ .co.uk: £8 pa; .com £15 pa.

TERMS: Set-up fee and first year rental and hosting fees are non-refundable and payable on or before Website Online Date. Website rental fee decreases after year 7; the Set-up fee includes "populating" the initial web site with up to 40 product images, including related Categories, Brands, Models and Descriptions; there is no minimal rental period; thereafter annual fees are payable annually in arrears (i.e. 30 days after annual Service Expiry Date).

NOTE: Fees may be adjusted in line with inflation. See policy on cost inflation adjustments.

Data Transfer Quotas

The annual web service fees above assume that the site's activity level remains within the 3000 MB/Mth Data Transfer quota (this is sufficient for over eighty per cent of web sites).

Exceptionally busy web sites may require additional quotas. Additional Data Transfer capacity utilised will be charged @ £1.00 per 250MB on the total Additional Data Transfer utilised (i.e £4 per Gigabyte, £4 x 12 = £48 pa per additional GB per month per year). Users can view Data Transfer utilisation via their Control Panel.

• Product listing pages with small images and brief descriptions for each product category;
• Brand Selection "drop-down" menu (only lists brands that are available on the website in the selected product categories/sub-categories);
  
• Clicking on a small product image on a "product listing page" open a "detail view page" with a larger image and the facility to have several views of the product that can be switched from small image to larger image (by clicking on the smaller image) - also, this page contains more details (such as model, price, availability, etc);
  
• If you don't wish to list price you can select "Phone for Best Price";
  
• A "search" facility enables site visitors to identify products or features of interest by doing a "keyword search";
  
• The site user may choose to flag SPECIAL OFFERS (in red);
  
• SPECIAL OFFERS SEARCH lists any/all special offers in a selected product category, or "all categories" on the website;
