- Domain fees are payable annually with the client's other web service fees (e.g., site design rental, web site hosting, etc.);
- Web site rental customers may register an unlimited number of web domain names, not necessarily associated with their web site service, at the above rates.
- Any domain name administered by us on behalf of a web site rental service customer, other than your main web site domain name, may be "parked" (i.e left inactive off-line, but available to activate, for an indefinite period) at the above rates.

- If a customer requests us to register a domain name without immediately ordering a web site rental service, Domain Name fees will cost 50 percent extra - see below;
- Registration period will be a minimum of two years payable in advance of registration (preferably by credit card payment);
- Payment of renewal fees must be paid (for minimum two year renewal period) and must be paid eight weeks prior to expiry date;
- Any such registered names may only be "parked" - i.e., left inactive off-line, but available to activate - until the registrant orders a web site rental service, whereupom any such registered names will become eligible for "web forwarding".
- Domain name renewals due after the customer has ordered a web site rental service will revert to the normal annual Web Service customer terms outlined above.

General terms:
- Our client will be the domain name Registrant (i.e., the legal domain holder) and should they choose to discontinue using our services we will co-operate with their instructions to transfer responsibility for this to their selected new name Administrator.
- Any domain name administered by us on behalf of a customer who does NOT have a web site rental service account, may be parked (i.e left inactive off-line, but available to activate, for an indefinite period) at the above rates.
EXTRACTS FROM TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.8 We do not undertake to register Domain Names as a stand-alone service, but only as part of our combined Web Service that includes Domain Name Registration and Admin, Web Site Design Rental and Web site Hosting. However, we will register and administer unlimited numbers of domain names for current web site rental customers at the normal "web site customer rates". Any such registered names shall be eligible for either "parking" or "web forwarding". See also para 1.12 below.
1.11 Normal payment terms for Domain Names for customers who have ordered a web site service will be as follows: (a) Registration fee to be paid in full (at the normal "web site customer rates" published elsewhere on this web site) in advance of registration by cheque or credit card, (b) thereafter payment will be against our single composite annual Web Services Pro Forma invoice, issued 30 days prior to Web Service Period Expiry Date and due for payment within 60 days of this date.

- annual renewal of your domain name by due date on your behalf (subject to your instructions), with you as Registrant.
- undertaking any necessary communications with registrars, or their agents, on your behalf.
- ensuring name database records - including contact details - are maintained up to date.
- processing any domain name transfer requests authorised by you.
- attending to name security procedures.
- providing you with relevant documentation if requested.
