On-site Customer Visits

In order to maintain the price of our web services as low as possible, our policy is to charge a Cal-out Fee in certain circumstances for customer-requested support visits. Such visits are at our absolute discretion and can only be considered for customers within sixty miles of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

On receiving your preliminary enquiry we will contact you by email or phone to discuss your requirements and offer assistance.

Requests for Support

Customers who need assistance should send us details by email and their issues will receive our urgent attention, as follows:

• Customer support requests received by email by 10.30 am Mon-Fri will usually receive a reply either by email or telephone by 2.30 pm.
  
• Customer support requests received by email by 2.30 pm Mon-Fri will usually receive a reply either by email or telephone witin 24 hours.

NOTE: We do not provide a full-time Telephone Customer Support line and therefore contacting us by phone will not guarantee a faster response to your query.

EasiList/WebEdit Tuition fees:

A comprehensive User Manual is supplied with both EasiList web designs and WebEdit page editing systems with six months email tuition support.

In addition, we offer as an Optional Extra, but discretionary, on-site tuition service to Northern Ireland customers with 60 miles of Belfast.

Price:

• First hour on-site as per Customer Service visit fees below;
• Additional hours on-site per visit, £40.

Customer service visits - fees:

Call-out visits may be arranged at our discretion for Northern Ireland customers located within 60 miles of Belfast city centre. The relevant call-out visit fees are summarised below:


Within Greater Belfast (up to 15 mile radius of city centre):

• Milage: £10; Travel time: £15; 1 hour on-site: £40
• TOTAL: £65

Outside Greater Belfast (16-30 mile radius of city centre):

• Milage: £15; Travel time: £30; 1 hour on-site: £40
• TOTAL: £85

Outside Greater Belfast (31-60 mile radius of city centre):

• Milage: £20; Travel time: £70; 1 hour on-site: £40
• TOTAL: £130

NOTE: Only first hour on-site is included in the above call-out fees. Additional time will be charged at £40 per hour.
