Customers who need assistance should send us details by email and their issues will receive our urgent attention, as follows:

  • Customer support requests received by email by 10.30 am Mon-Sat will usually receive a reply either by email or telephone by 2.30 pm.
  • Customer support requests received by email by 2.30 pm Mon-Sat will usually receive a reply either by email or telephone witin 24 hours.

NOTE: We do not provide a full-time Telephone Customer Support line and therefore contacting us by phone will not guarantee a faster response to your query.
