Is a good Search Engine listing position desirable for your business?

If you consider it desirable that your web site is listed on the first five pages of the main Search Engines (especially Google and Yahoo) for particular search terms, we recommend Optional Extra Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Your listing position on Search Engines cannot be guaranteed, but in order to increase your prospects to the greatest degree possible some time and effort may be required to fine tune the structure and content of your pages.

OBJECTIVES

This important Optional Extra service is offered on a "payment by results" basis - i.e., you only pay if our efforts are successful at achieving the agreed listing result.

• The service will endeavour to have specified pages of your web site listed on one of the first five pages of Google.co.uk or .com and/or Yahoo.co.uk or .com search engines;
  
• It is widely believed among Search Engine specialists that web pages that have been on-line less than 12 months have a lower prospect of a high listing (e.g in the first five pages). Therefore the aim will be to obtain the desired listing within 18 months;
  
• We will provide our customer with a sufficient non-technical understanding of the concept of "keywords" to enable them to assist us with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO);
  
• The search terms - i.e., "keywords" - that will be the basis of the desired listing will be jointly agreed between our customer and ourselves;
  
• Unless otherwise agreed with the client, our first priority will be to obtain the desired listing for the "homepage" (i.e the web site first page) since success in this will likely increase visitors to the web site's first page;
  
• If this result is not achieved within 18 months of service order date you will not be billed even if, possibly as a result of our work, the listing aims are achieved thereafter.
  

Price: £55 for each web site page listed on Search Engines as
         specified, which will be invoiced in the subsequent annual Web
         Services Pro Forma invoice;
