WHY WEBSITE UPDATING IS
IMPORTANT

Only a proportion of those who visit your web site will find it relevant to their needs or be of interest to you.

These are your "target" audience. If they all eventually see your website and decide not to re-visit, eventually you will have no website visitors who are of interest or value to you - and this will lower the potential longer-term usefulness of the website!

Therefore, obtaining a website should only the first step in making the web work for your business. It's equally important that you persuade your target audience first-time website visitors to become frequent re-visitors. It helps to update your website pages frequently.

Our EasiMarket(Lite) and EasiMarket (pro) web hosting service includes an optional annual FREE SUPER UPDATE for only £35 pa extra. This allows customers to add or change up to 3 images per year on their web site - including adding or changing up to 150 words per image on the same page(s) as the image change(s).

We undertake these updates manually on customers' behalf - subject to timely supplied wording and images (contact us re procedure).

FREE ANNUAL SUPER UPDATE

Although the main (dynamic) Product Listing pages of our EasiList website are user-editable, the website also provides up to four "static" pages - such as Homepage, About Us, FindUs, Contact Us, etc., which may be partly updated by users from within the EasiList Admin Console.

However, this rental website service also includes a FREE ANNUAL SUPER UPDATE service that allows customers to add or change a total of up to 3 images per year on these static pages - including adding or changing up to 150 words per image on the same page(s) as the image change(s).

We undertake these updates manually on customers' behalf - subject to timely supplied wording and images (contact us re procedure).

STANDARD PAGE UPDATE FEES

The following summarises the definition of a Additional Pages and Page Updates, and current prices:

• Add page: £40 (plus one-off £35 for amending the web site's page navigation, if this is required);
• Add/remove image (incl. up to 150 related words on the same page, £15
• Add/edit/delete up to 150 words on a page without adding image, £15.

Note that you may have several Page Updates per web page (i.e several new or changed images or several 150-word updates). Avoid placing too much text on your pages - people are unwilling to plough through a text-intensive page!

Additional Page Updates are subject to minimum fee of £30. Discounts are available on request for volume updating. Although the Page Update may be used for updating EasiMarket (Lite) web sites, this is subject to the limitation of maximum 4 pages/8 images.

SPECIAL PAGE UPDATE FEES

Customers who subscribe to the EasiMarket SUPER UPDATE or to our EasiList website rental service will be entitled to order extra Page Updates (during each 12 month web hosting service period) @ the special reduced rate of £8 per Update (i.e per image change and associated text change).

WEBSITE REFRESH

(Available with EasiMarket (Pro) and EasiList websites only)

• Re-design page header @ £150
• Redesign page navigation @ £55
• Add/Change images/text as required @ standard rates.
• Add/Delete and Change pages @ standard rates.

PAGE UPDATE PROCEDURE

The following are the instructions for FREE PAGE UPDATES and Optional Extra ADDITIONAL PAGES/IMAGES:

• Send us (by post, preferably on a CD or DVD) the images (JPGs) you wish us to use and the related wording for each (not more than 150 words per UpDate).
• If you can't supply text and images in disk, send them in paper cuttings - clearly identify the images (but don't deface them!) and text you want us to to use.
• print out a copy of the page(s) you want to update - be very clear which images/text should go on which pages - and delete with a pen any wording and images you wish us to delete.
• Do NOT email your Update details to us but send them by post with the correct postage to:

THIRD PARTY PAGE EDITING FACILITY

If you wish to update your web site pages frequently - such as weekly or monthly - we will assist you to do so by installing a third party page editing recommend that you consider installing an Optional Extra Third Party Page Editing Facility.
